The National Association of Realtors recently released their 2006 Chicago Home Price Analysis Report.  Data in the report is through July 2006. Topics in the report include:
- The health of the local job market
- The prevalence of “nontraditional” home financing options
- Debt-to-income ratios
- Net migration patterns
Just posting a link to the report for now, but hope to provide some commentary in the near future.
