I receive these market updates from the Chicago Association of Realtors weekly and thought they may be of interest. Note that the full report is in Microsoft Word format so hopefully you will not have an issue opening.
The reports feature articles and local Chicago market statistics. Unfortunately the compiled stats are weekly. Not sure I like this as it seems too micro. Hard to see trends when only a week is being looked at. Moving forward I hope to begin compiling my own stats on specific Chicago neighborhoods but I haven’t had time as of yet.
