Car give aways usually are not common for smaller condo projects on the north side of Chicago.  This sign on the 1800 block of West Diversey caught my eye. 
 I was curious so I visited the developer website for promotional details. Essentially the offer is $260 a month for 30 months. The Total future payout is $7,800. That is future value, but don’t make me dust off my financial calculator to figure out present value of future payments. Just know it is less than $7,800. Bottom line is, don’t get your heart set on that new Range Rover.
