My colleague, Nick Patterson over at NickBuysChicago, just brought a funny property listing remark to my attention.  The remark is as follows:

LARGER THAN MOST SFRs. 5 BEDRMS, 5 TOILETS, PRIVATE ELEVATOR, PENTHOUSE VIEWS!! 2 WHIRLPOOL BATHS, SAUNA, STEAM ROOM, HEATED DRIVEWAY, 2 CAR GARAGE + 1 ADDNL. SPACE, TERRAZZO FLOORING, APPROX. 4,500 SF OF LUXURY !! 50′ PRIVATE YARD INCLUDED. BEST DEAL IN 312!! GREAT PANORAMIC VIEWS! MOTIVATED SELLER!

I get a kick out of the first sentence, with the exclamation points for emphasis.  My question is, have they priced the domain into the price of the house, or are they enticing us by throwing it in free?  Awe heck, when writing an offer better to be safe and ask for a $10.00 credit for the annual domain cost.  Oh, and the “5 TOILETS” description is good for a laugh as well … nothing like painting the picture of luxury.
