Ever had zoning questions? The City of Chicago’s Department of Zoning has provided a great interactive website to research zoning issues. I have visited the site on many an occasion. Key in an address and the map will display the underlying zoning of the parcel. There is even a measurement tool so you can measure the parcel. I have done this on a number of occasions to validate parcel size. There are also definitions of current zoning codes and uses.
