Easing back into the swing of things as my wife, daughter, and I just returned from a “relaxing” vacation over July 4th visiting my folks on Cape Cod. Just before leaving, I began marketing a charming rehabbed Bungalow in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood in Lincoln Square.  It is convenient to the ‘L’, Metra, shops and restaurants in Lincoln Square, and right next to Winnemac Park which will receive a complete renovation within the next few years.  A wonderful property in the middle of a lively neighborhood.  I spent some of my vacation answering questions about the property and coordinating showings.
