• Neighborhoods of Lincoln Park, Lake View, east of Ashland.
• Minimum of 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
• Condo or townhouse.
• Walking distance to the ‘L’ but not on the ‘L’.
• New construction or recent rehab.
• Price range from $440,000 to $550,000.
• No mid-rises or high-rises.
• Parking for 1 car, garage preferred but outside space OK.
• Outdoor deck space for grilling.
• NO, repeat, NO garden units.
