Should I Buy or Should I Wait?

A question that Chicago buyers are asking in a daily basis. Eric Rojas over at The Chicago Real Estate Local has a couple recent posts on the local market.  In his first post he questions whether buyers are on the fence.  In his second post he questions whether buyers are on the fence.  Wait a minute, am I seeing double or is this the same post twice.  He also posts a short lead-in to the IAR Home Sales Report where he professes his affection for the news media coverage of the housing bubble.  See, agents in the same city can play nice and comment on one another’s blogs. Dan Green of Mobium Mortgage also comments on the age old debate of buy now or wait. And finally, Real Estate Undressed comments on what you should do if you are a buyer and feel you are sitting on the bubble.  When they mean undressed, they mean it. Funny stuff.
