Continuing my coverage of 2657 N. Racine it looks like the land listing at $875,000 was cancelled and construction has started. Footings and foundation have been completed with exterior walls in process. Looks like your typical 3 flat. Normally a large crew on the project, but today all is quiet. Awaiting when and what they will list the units for.
