I continue my coverage of 2657 N. Racine. Almost six months has elapsed since demolition of the prior structure and construction began. After a long winter slowdown, the exterior is largely complete, awaiting a few windows. The developer opted for a peaked roof instead of the more common “flat” roof (flat roofs aren’t really flat). Will have to wait and see if these units come on the market within the next couple of months in order to catch even a small piece of the Spring market. Prior Entries Part 1 Part 2
