The Mondial, designed by BDS Inc. and developed by CITTA Development, LLC. will be built at 900 W. Huron, in Chicago’s River West. The building will feature 142 units in 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floorplans. Pricing will range from $239,900 to $1,199,500. Features and floorplans can be accessed at the project website. The glass and concrete structure has some similarities to CMK’s 1620 S. Michigan project in the South Loop. Â
