Being “formerly known as” is so cool. Just think of Prince. The Fordham Spire, will now just be known as The Spire. The change comes as developer, The Fordham Company has given project ownership over to Shelbourne Development. Get the full Spire scoop over at YoChicago. Even though pre-sales are just a few months away, this project seems surreal. I can’t wait to see if it actually happens.
