Does anyone recommend a good property management company for our 10 unit condo association. Is Taylor Management any good?

you should use Haus Financial Services. http://www.hausfs.com. They provide a property management alternative to condominium associations of 20 or fewer units that wish to self-manage in order to keep assessments down, and to educate new associations who are accepting turnover from a developer.
