The Roosevelt Collection, developed by Centrum Properties, will begin pre-sales on November 16.  The 12 acre, 1,000 unit, $900 million project, will add much needed retail and informal dining to Chicago’s South Loop.  Condos will be priced from $290,000 to $600,000. Looks like the Fordham Spire might be a GO.  According to an article from YoChicago based on a Spire article from the Chicagoist, it looks like the Spire may begin construction in early 2007.  Will his actually happen?  Who knows at this point, but it makes for great conversation.
